Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Production Planning Specialist for our on-site Jacksonville, FL location. You will coordinate production scheduling, material planning, and supplier interactions to ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Strong collaboration with plant teams and cross-functional groups is essential to optimize capacity and performance. The role requires a minimum of 6 years in planning, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with SAP/ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in supply chain, operations, logistics or related experience.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience in Pharma/Medical Devices planning and capacity management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules and ensure timely production orders and delivery.
• Coordinate material planning and purchasing to support production.
• Analyze demand, forecasts, capacity data to improve production strategy.
• Identify and communicate risks impacting production plans and capacity.
• Lead cross-functional communications and ensure data integrity in planning systems.
