The role requires RN licensure, completion of an RNFA program, and CHS credentialing. A strong emphasis on patient safety and intraoperative support is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• RNFA program completion per AORN standards required.
• Credentialed by CHS Medical Staff Office as an Allied Health Professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the surgical environment under surgeon supervision.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Work under the direct supervision of the surgeon during the intraoperative phase.
