Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive patient care within a dynamic team. The role emphasizes nursing process utilization, accountability for care, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience, an accredited nursing degree, and an active RN license. A 10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs, with no contract obligation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
