Job summary

Highpoint Health Sumner in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Surgery on a PRN basis with a required call schedule. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and support surgical patients through perioperative care.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license, BCLS; ACLS and PALS preferred. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, PTO, education assistance, loan support and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform specimen collection and other treatments.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support across disciplines.
