Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Elkin, NC is seeking an experienced OR RN to join our surgical services team. The role requires active RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and about 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a fast-paced setting.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday schedules and rotating call. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, documenting in EHR, and collaborating with physicians and staff to support quality outcomes.
