Advocate Health's 3CD Surgical unit in Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity medical-surgical team. The role focuses on coordinating comprehensive patient care and delivering safe, evidence-based nursing.

You'll work 36 hours per week on a 0700–1930 schedule, with weekend and holiday rotations as described in the unit's schedule, and earn pay within the $38.20–$57.30 per hour range.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
