Advocate Health's 4CD Telemetry unit in Milwaukee, WI seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Surgical 4CD team. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with a 3rd shift, offering 50% holidays and weekend coverage.

The unit is a 26-bed Medical/Telemetry area with a strong learning culture and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will apply nursing processes to deliver safe, therapeutic care and engage with a supportive team focused on patient outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to ensure a safe patient environment and quality care.
