Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN license in Texas and BCLS certification required.
• Patient safety and infection control knowledge; ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans.
