Job summary

Incredible Health in Roseburg, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant to support the surgeon in the operating room and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.

The role requires an active RN license, completion of an accredited RNFA program, and a minimum of 2 years operating room experience, with BLS/ACLS certifications. Day shift options and full-time/part-time/per diem roles are available, with strong benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state.
• Completion of accredited RNFA program (didactic and clinical).
• Minimum 2 years OR experience with scrub and/or circulating duties.
• CRNFA preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon in OR with exposure, hemostasis, and other duties per directives.
• Perform preoperative assessments and review patient history to plan care.
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared.
• Provide postoperative care, assess complications, manage pain and dressings.
• Collaborate with surgical team, anesthesiologists, and staff for comprehensive care.
