Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois
• BLS within 30 days
• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience on a surgical unit preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs initial assessment upon patient admission and develops plan of care.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Maintains documentation for continuity of care and safety.
• Provides post-operative care and manages complex wounds.
• Collaborates with surgical residents and attendings for optimal patient outcomes.
