Job summary

jacksonhospitalinternal is seeking an experienced RN for 12-hour shifts on a surgical unit in Montgomery, AL. The role includes a call rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities involve direct patient care, care planning, and coordinating with the health care team while ensuring compliance with standards of practice. Alabama or multi-state licensure is required with BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Alabama or multi-state RN license, BLS and ACLS required.
• Surgery RN experience preferred.
• 6:30 am-7:00 pm shifts with call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients on the unit.
• Manage all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment during a shift.
• Promote collaboration with all health care team members.
