Job summary

Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, AL, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the operating room team on FT 12-hour shifts with call rotation. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates with at least 2 years of Surgery RN experience.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supervise staff and equipment, and work with the care team. Licensure, BLS and ACLS are required; surgery RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Surgery RN experience preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts with call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on the unit during shifts.
• Manage personnel, supplies, and equipment to meet standards of practice.
• Promote collaboration with the health care team to ensure quality patient care.
