Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in pre-surgical, operative, and recovery phases.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care daily.
• Adhere to infection-control and safety policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care guidance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and chart accurate information.
