Job summary

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• BLS and PALS certifications on file.
• ACLS certification required within one year of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a surgical/operating room environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in pre-surgical, operative, and recovery periods; collaborate with medical staff daily.
• Adhere to standards of care set by state board of nursing and regulatory agencies.
• Provide emotional support to patients, families, and friends.
