Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes evidence-based nursing using the nursing process and established protocols.
• Assess patient status via interview, observation, and physical assessment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patient/family and care team.
• Perform interventions per plan to meet patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update plans throughout shifts.
• Advise and support team; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Provide patient education and discharge teaching as appropriate.
• Participate in performance improvement and unit-based initiatives.
