• Implement interventions from the care plan to achieve outcomes.

• Ensure accurate charting and event documentation.
• Demonstrate professional accountability and pursue ongoing self-development.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure patient safety with lift devices as applicable.
• Provide patient education and participate in team learning.
