MercyOne Northeast Iowa's Surgery department in Waterloo is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time role in a fast-paced environment supporting trauma, orthopedic, general, urology, robotics and neurosurgery cases.

You'll assess and plan patient care, supervise LPNs and PCAs, and coordinate with physicians and families. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available; shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
