Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process. You will maintain patient rights and confidential information, evaluate care provided by direct care givers, and coordinate patient care with other departments in line with Mercy Service Standards.

This full-time RN role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for nurses with at least 1 year of experience and no contract.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and evaluates care effectiveness.
