Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process in our hospital setting. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

Full-time position with competitive benefits; sign-on bonus of $10,000 available for RNs with at least 1 year of experience. No contract requirement. ACLS/BLS certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• AHA BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
