Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintains professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care by other direct care givers and coordinates with other departments.
