Surgical Retina Surgeon

Location: Plano, TX 75025

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Surgical Retina Surgeon to join our growing ophthalmology practice in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and surgically treating retinal diseases and disorders, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced surgical procedures for retinal diseases including retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and other vitreoretinal disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive retinal examinations and diagnostic testing to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in retinal surgery and participate in continuing education.
  • Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and post‑operative care.
