Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state
• Strong clinical judgment for rapid post-operative assessment and intervention
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and IV medication administration
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor, and respond to post-anesthesia patient condition changes using evidence-based protocols
• Manage pain and evaluate/treat surgical site concerns
• Administer IV medications and coordinate ongoing care needs
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied health staff
• Document assessments and interventions in the EMR
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery
• Support safe, compassionate discharge and transfers
