Qualifications

• LPN licensure or enrollment as a Graduate LPN (eligibility to complete licensure as applicable).
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-safety focus.
• Ability to follow direction from RN/physicians and work collaboratively with the care team.
• Competence in vital sign monitoring and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care.
• Administer medications and support post-operative recovery under RN and physician direction.
• Assist with surgical preparations and related unit activities.
