Job summary

Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to drive surgical quality initiatives within the Quality Management department. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to advance performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and outcomes across surgical services.

Experience in Surgical Services, Orthopedics, or Spine is preferred. The role emphasizes staff development, data analysis, and adherence to safety and infection control

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in PT, OT, or SLP from an approved program.
• Three years’ nursing experience, including two years clinical.
• Current Florida RN or SLP-CCC/PT/PTA/OT/COTA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facilities to align protocols with evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide a safe and clean environment.
• Assist in budget preparations and committee functions.
• Engage in performance improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
• Serve as a patient advocate and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support education and growth of staff, patients, families, and team members.
