You will collaborate with the Perioperative clinical educator to support staffing needs and ensure operations run smoothly. Requires CRCST and CER certifications, five years in Sterile Processing, and at least one year

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• CRCST and CER certifications required; CER within six months if not currently CER.
• Five years of experience in Sterile Processing Department with at least one year as an educator in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and annual competency for Surgical Processing Technicians.
• Conduct ongoing skills assessments for new equipment and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with Perioperative clinical educator to support clinical staffing needs affecting operations.
