Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Surgical Pre-Op unit at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week across five 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, within a 24/7/365 department.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Lead process improvement to achieve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Provide professional nursing care in a High Reliability Organization setting.
