UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role is full-time, onsite with day and night rotation, at 72 hours per pay period. Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure, and 6 months PCU/ICU experience or UCHealth Fellowship, with BLS and ACLS current through start date. We offer growth, safety, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• 6 months ICU or PCU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• BLS and ACLS certification current through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit using nursing process.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new staff and ensure quality and safety at the point of care.
