Job summary

HealthPartners' Hudson Hospital & Clinic seeks a skilled RN to care for surgical, GI, and pain procedure patients, including admission, first and second stage recovery, and monitoring during moderate sedation.

Requirements include a WI RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1 year of PACU/ICU or ER experience. PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin RN license is required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required at time of hire/start date.
• Minimum of one year of Hi-Obs (step-down/progressive care) or ER experience within the last year.
• PALS certification must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• One year of recent PACU/ICU experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the Surgery Center and Procedure Center, including admission and first/second stage recovery.
• Monitor patients receiving moderate sedation for GI endoscopy procedures, pain procedures and image-guided biopsies.
