Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification.
• Minnesota Board of Medical Practice registration/license.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in the clinic (rooming patients, taking health history, results).
• Assist surgeon in operating room (pre-surgery planning, positioning, instrumentation).
• Perform therapeutic procedures (splinting, casting, suturing, wound care).
• Apply/remove casts and dressings; wound care.
• Implement care plans and document progress.
