Job summary

Houston Methodist West Hospital is seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant for a PRN role to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, perform pre- and post-operative assessments, manage patient care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes.

You will support services including emergency care, heart care, orthopedics, and women’s services.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in Texas
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Clinical experience in perioperative care preferred

Responsibilities
