Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a 183-bed regional hospital in Winchester, MA. You will serve as a first assist in the OR, perform bedside procedures, and provide post-operative care in the ICU and on the floor across various surgical services.

DEA licensure and MA PA license are required, with BLS/ACLS certifications. Experience in surgical services, chest tube management, and familiarity with EPIC is preferred.

Qualifications

• PA license in MA required.
• DEA licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• First assist in the operating room, including robotic surgery
• Perform bedside procedures
• Provide post-operative care in the ICU and on the floor
• Evaluate and admit patients from the Emergency Department
• Evaluate surgical consults
