Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Massachusetts PA licensure and certification.
• Experience in surgery or acute care preferred.
• Ability to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities in a hybrid role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work with physicians, residents, and interprofessional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA clinical services in support of the Department of Surgery.
• Evaluate, manage, and coordinate care for surgical patients.
• Support clinical operations and workflow of the surgical service.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, residents, nursing, and care teams.
• Assist in teaching and supervision of learners in the Department of Surgery.
• Provide administrative support for GME activities and processes.
• Assist with onboarding, graduation, and trainee lifecycle activities.
• Support ACGME accreditation activities and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate educational activities for residents, fellows, students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
