Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: a high school diploma or GED and completion of a certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire.
• Successful completion of a non-certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire and preferred minimum of One year experience.
• Licenses/Certificates: Current BLS certification within initial 90 days of employment; Certified as an Operating Room Technician preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of Operating Room Technician.
• Functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs tasks related to patient care.
