Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Scrub Tech program preferred.
• BCLS required (must be completed within the Provisionary Period).

Responsibilities

• The scrub assistant, under the guidance of the RN, provides services to surgical patients while maintaining an aseptic environment.
• The scrub assistant assists in transporting patients as needed.
