Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a part-time Operating Room RN supervisor to join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary OR team in Concord, NC. The role features weekend 12-hour shifts (0630–1900) and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum two years nursing experience; management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Appropriate professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Supports the manager utilizing systematic approaches to enhance nursing practice and delivery of care.
• Assists with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Coordinates communication at regular shifts via staff meetings/huddles.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and policies.
• Rounds on patients, teammates, and physicians to ensure satisfaction and appropriate operations.
• Delegates care to appropriate staff and assists in achieving department outcomes.
