Community Health Systems is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care within our surgical and medical units. The RN coordinates and carries out nursing processes, ensuring safe, evidence-based care in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include administering meds, monitoring patient status, and documenting care while maintaining compliance with infection control and safety standards. This role requires strong clinical judgment and effective communication.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Graduate from an approved nursing program.
• BCLS mandatory; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care per the nursing process and organizational policies.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and adjust care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
