Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the operating room in West Chester, PA. The role emphasizes delivering comprehensive perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages, with a Monday–Friday schedule and OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning, and collaboration with the surgical team, documentation, and strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety protocols. BLS and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Communicate findings and plans clearly to the surgical team.
• Document patient information legibly and accurately.
• Assess and respond to emergencies during the perioperative period.
• Maintain aseptic technique and proper surgical site identification.
