Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room (RN) nurse to join our Washington, DC area team. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work in a high-volume academic and level-1/level-2 trauma environment supporting diverse surgical teams. Required ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with 1+ year OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year experience in OR/surgical setting preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic technique and sterile procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic, safe operating room environment.
• Assist intra-operatively with nursing and technical duties.
• Monitor vital signs during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedure and care.
