Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Lanham, MD. The role supports patient care before, during, and after surgery, with emphasis on aseptic technique and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing, active RN license, 1+ year OR experience, and ACLS/PALS preferred. Shift options include day, night and mid shifts; full- and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ year OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques required.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
