Incredible Health in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) / Surgical Nurse (RN) to support our partner hospitals. Night shift available; positions open for full-time and part-time work.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and at least 1 year of OR experience. ACLS/PALS are preferred, with strong aseptic technique and teamwork skills. Join a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital network and grow with us.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of OR or surgical setting experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care
