Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license (or compact).
• Associate degree from accredited nursing school; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care including meds, specimens, and treatments.
• Documents patient care given and monitors patient condition.
• Communicates patient status to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates patient transfer, discharge, and referrals.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to age and culture.
• Advocates for patient's physical and emotional well‑being.
