Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required.
• ACLS and PALS required on hire; OCN preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; clinical nursing experience in OR required.

Responsibilities

• Lead patients, families, and care teams toward care goals.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Provide independent practice within nursing scope and mentor staff.
