Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an RN for Operating Room duties in Massachusetts with 40 hours per week and a Mon-Sat schedule including on-call. The role requires active MA RN license and OR experience, with strong aseptic technique and proficiency with endoscopic, laser and a range of surgical tools.

The position includes 24-hour on-call coverage on weekends/holidays and is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. BLS is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current OR experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Ability to operate complex surgical equipment (endoscopic, laser, ENT, ortho, plastic, podiatry, neuro, general, thoracic, urology, vascular).
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.
• Schedule includes Monday-Saturday with on-call coverage; 24-hr on-call on weekends/holidays.
• Provide OR coverage and patient care in aseptic environment.
