Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an OR Registered Nurse for a full-time day schedule in Massachusetts. The role includes Monday-Saturday shifts with on-call coverage, and potential rotation across OR areas. Requires MA RN license, OR experience, and strong aseptic technique knowledge.

FLEX with call and 24-hour on-call on weekends/holidays are part of the schedule. Pay range reflects base hourly wages under the collective bargaining agreement. Flu vaccine required as a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current OR experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Ability to operate complex surgical equipment: Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Orthopaedic, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, Vascular.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR nursing care and patient monitoring.
• Operate complex surgical equipment per procedure.
• Float to different OR areas as needed.
• Maintain aseptic technique and sterile fields.
