Job summary

Stillwater Surgery Center, part of Stillwater Medical Center, is seeking a perioperative RN (OR Circulator) to join our team for part-time, day shifts. The role focuses on direct patient care across age groups in the surgical setting with strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Key requirements include Oklahoma RN licensure, CPR, ACLS and PALS within required timeframes, and basic computer skills. Hours and duties are described as 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday with varying hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Current CPR within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification or completion within 1 year.
• PALS certification or completion within 1 year.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonate through geriatric populations in the surgical environment.
• Communicate with surgeon and anesthesiologist about patient condition.
• Assist with maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Assess operating room for equipment readiness and ensure needs of surgical team are met.
• Monitor and assist patient during procedures.
