Job summary

Hopedale Medical Complex in Hopedale, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse – OR Circulator to join our surgical team. You will assist with the coordination of care and maintain a safe, efficient operating room environment throughout the patient’s surgical experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with OR or perioperative interest, ACLS/BLS certified, and able to work a Monday–Friday day shift with rotating call. Join a close-knit community hospital with a devoted care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical-thinking, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the patient before, during, and after surgery.
• Assess and monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Prepare OR, equipment, and medications for procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff; participate in rotating call.
