Job summary

Mad River Community Hospital invites applications for a Registered Nurse – OR Circulator. You will provide patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring safety throughout the operative period and collaborating with the surgical team.

Qualifications include California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, competency in EKG interpretation, and strong judgement and communication skills. Employment is contingent on standard pre‑employment screening.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications (or obtained within 3 months of hire).
• Competency in EKG/Rhythm strip interpretation.
• Good judgement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and support to patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Ensures patient safety throughout the operative period.
• Collaborates with anesthesiologist, surgeon, surgical assistant, scrub tech, and other surgical team members.
• Perform duties in PACU, Short Stay, and Endoscopy units.
• Accept occasional on‑call assignments after training is completed.
