Job summary
Dignity Health’s Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in the Surgical Services unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, execute patient care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, safety, and positive outcomes.
Licensed in California and certified in BLS, ACLS and PALS within 30 days, you will oversee nursing care and supervise OR Technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- CA RN license (RN:CA) required.
- BLS-CPR, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days
Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients.
- Supervision of OR Technicians.
- Maintain standards of nursing practice and ensure optimal outcomes.
