Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio (Ohio Board of Nursing).
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Experience in medical-surgical settings, preferably in a surgical unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status as part of the surgical unit care plan.
• develop and implement nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Perform nursing duties with safety and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
