Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing assessment of health status and functional status.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to interventions and revises plan as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for clinical quality and safety.
• Operations (10%).
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
